We are pleased to invite applications for the position of Warehouse Officer to join our UH-60M Black Hawk team in Holsworthy, NSW.
Your responsibilities will include: As a Warehouse Officer, your responsibilities will incorporate Defence warehouse and inventory operations complying with Commonwealth Governance polices, aeronautical product management and control.
The primary focus of this role will include (not limited to): Ensuring stock is securely packed and stowed Receipt, storage and dispatch Handling and shipping of Dangerous Goods (as applicable) Accurate management of records Stock interpretation and discrepancy initiation and investigation Identification of stocks/freight Operation of Material handling equipment Loading of freight Rotating roster with shift requirements, ability to be on call About you: You will have proven experience within a similar role, ideally within a defence environment, also holding Tertiary qualifications (Certificate III or above) in a relevant discipline (Transport and Distribution etc.)
from a recognised institution and/or equivalent relevant experience.
To be considered for this position you will have: Experience within a warehousing position Proficiency with Warehouse Databases Prior experience in Issue, Storage, receipting and Shipping functions Computer literacy with an ability to produce and interpret complex reports and information Ideally you will also have Forklift/High Risk Work licence and experience using SAP /MILIS and CAMM2.
