THE MAIN AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITY As a Head of Sales Group, you will be responsible for the Sales team working in Networks profit center. Your team mainly focuses on Networking devices such as routers and switches. Our expectations: 100% assurance of sales plan realization, ability to track and communicate progress and results; Active participation in hiring processes of new members to the team; Implementing best leadership, team-motivation practices and ensuring team's results, motivation and engagement; Constant communication with the team in order to understand where Manager's support is needed, and bringing it to the work; Ongoing maintenance of internal systems and ensuring that all group managers fill the systems correctly; Help the Head of the region and other assigned tasks performing within the responsibilities of the position. THE EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND PERSONAL QUALITIES YOU WILL NEED Excellent English language skills (both spoken and written), minimum B2 level; 5+ years of experience in B2 B sales, with results that you are proud of; Experience in leading Sales team, would be an advantage; Experience working and high-quality standards working with CRM and any other specific tools your team needs; Leadership, excellent time management, the team-oriented mindset with critical thinking, strategical planning skills; Willingness to implement new or improve existing processes, constant analysis and reporting of achievements, struggles, solutions and outcomes (verbally and in numbers); Ability to tackle challenges and orientation towards results, while ensuring your team is motivated and inspired.
