About the role The successful candidate will: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field Minimum of 5 years experience at a similar position Intermediate to strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite Strong attention to detail Excellent communication and organisational skills Strong analytical skills Responsibilities include but are not limited to: Assisting clients to set up their specific accounting policy and budgetary plans Preparing taxation returns and amendments for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and companies Preparing financial statements for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and companies Preparing Business Activity Statement and Instalment Activity Statements (IAS) for individuals, partnerships, trusts, and companies Preparation of cash-flow statements, actual versus budgets & forecasts, product costing Management of client's PAYG summary statements Preparation of audits for self-managed super funds Preparing responses to ATO audits, including superannuation, GST, and work-related expenses Analyzing clients' business operations, trends, ratios, costs, revenues, cash flow, feasibility, to project future revenues and expenses or to provide professional advice Advising clients about issues such as resource utilization, tax strategies, salary sacrifice strategies, retirement strategies Administering the compliance requirements of the various regulators such as ASIC, ATO, Office of Fair Trading (OFT), and the Building Services Authority (BSA) for clients Establishing accounting systems, bookkeeping, and payroll and superannuation processing for small businesses using Xero What to doInterviews will be conducted ASAP so make sure you APPLY NOW !!!Please send your CV detailing your responsibilities and experience RIGHT NOW.
