You’re the type who’s on the pulse of overseas TikTok trends and instantly thinks, How can we flip this for a restaurant, bar, or café?—but you also know that not every trend fits every brand.You don’t just jump on trends for the sake of it—you filter them through the brand’s voice, aesthetic, and audience. You get that a high-end fine dining restaurant doesn’t need the same content as a casual Italian venue. You know how to make sure content feels fresh but still feels right.You know the difference between content that looks good and content that actually performs. And most importantly, you know how to mix creativity with data to make sure every post, Reel, and TikTok lands hard.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:Running the social media world for some of Australia’s best hospitality brands. Think national brands, bars, restaurants—venues with stories to tell and communities to grow. You’ll be:Managing socials like a boss—content planning, posting, community engagement, the works.Growing accounts organically, without just throwing cash at ads and hoping for the best.Creating and executing killer content strategies that turn venues into destinations.Keeping up with the latest trends, so our clients are always ahead of the game.Getting out there—shooting behind-the-scenes content, attending openings, and making sure the energy of the venue translates online.Analysing performance and tweaking strategies to keep engagement and reach climbing.WHY YOU WANT THIS:Because you don’t want to be stuck in a corporate marketing gig, scheduling boring posts for soulless brands.
