Key Responsibilities: Accounts Payable : Process invoices, manage supplier payments, and maintain accurate records. Accounts Receivable : Generate and track invoices, ensure timely payments, and reconcile accounts. Payroll : Prepare and process payroll accurately and in a timely manner, ensuring compliance with all regulations. General bookkeeping and maintenance of financial records. Assist with month-end and year-end reporting. Support budget preparation and financial forecasting. Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth financial operations. About You: Proven experience in general accounting, including accounts payable, receivable, and payroll. Strong understanding of accounting principles and practices. Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero, QuickBooks) and MS Excel. Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
