day operational support and leadership to the teams with a strategic approach to the client in order to enhance our service offering and overall performance.Vision: The Account Director takes the lead projects by coaching and training your direct reports (and any more junior Client Services individuals) on how to manage the briefing, scheduling and delivery process on behalf of the client.You will relationships acting as a 'go-to' person and be seen as a trusted partner.Take responsibility for the client relationship and help them define the strategic direction of their marketing as well as any other support function in the business.Financial Accuracy and Analytical Skills Ensure sound financial management and profitability of the assigned account.Deliver growth within the accounts for existing and new business and delivering increased profitability through a solid cost management.Ensure reliability of the forecasting process, taking full ownership of the financial process and promoting accountability within the team.Support the Business Director, Client Partner and Chief Client Officer in the yearly budgeting process.Strategic Thinking, Direction and Planning Support the BD, CP and the CCO in bringing Indicia Worldwide's vision and goals to life, by providing meaningful insights and relevant direction to ensure we are able to respond to all the needs of the client.Present, consult and discuss with clients independently regarding potential new opportunities or areas where Indicia could add further values and to seek support from your Business Director, Client Partner or other Subject Matter Experts whenever needed.Customer Focus Leverage all aspects of the client's relationship and utilise knowledge to have maximum impact on the client's business.Build and deliver clients 'quarterly business reviews' including optimisation plans and proactive initiatives.Negotiation Skills Diplomatically manage client and team conversations to find mutually beneficial outcomes, be it in terms of savings, value engineering, quality, design, strategy, etc.Campaign Management Support your team in the delivery of campaigns and projects by providing them with the right insights, tools and leadership style.Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure Significant background in Account Management, ideally coming with an Account Director background from an integrated marketing communications agency, and/or Account Management teams leadership experience.Demonstrated high level of exposure to multisector and international environments and ability to effectively liaise with both internal and external stakeholders.Relevant experience in the marketing/client management industry: including Media, Technology, Retail, FMCG and/or beverage.Relevant experience in an Agency environment is key.POSM/Print technical requirement.Full understanding of entire end-to-end marketing process, from client strategic requirement to deliver cross-channels.Clear passion for excellence in delivery drawing on experience to provide best in class briefs and exceed client expectations.Evidence of strategic and critical thinking to lead performance driven marketing campaigns are executed to the highest standards whilst achieving our collective KPIs.A clear knowledge of what is the latest and most advanced types of POSM, from print to digital.Full understanding of the entire end-to-end marketing process from client strategic requirements to delivery cross-channels.Data Experience (non-Data team) Experience in working alongside data teams (analysts, data scientists) to deliver their role.A foundational understanding of key concepts, statistics, machine learning, databases, APIs.Understands where and when to leverage data.Understands which SME to
