Description and Requirements
We're seeking an experienced leader to develop enterprise AI business opportunities in Region. The ideal candidate will possess a solid solution selling background and a strong sales acumen with experience selling in complex situations.
This person will develop account based sales strategies, drive AI sales activities in our enterprise accounts, and have responsibility for growing enterprise AI revenue. They will work as the tip of the spear for AI in Lenovo's enterprise account to drive generative AI opportunities for infrastructure, software, and services.
Responsibilities:
* Aceelerate AI sales in enterprise accounts by identifying and developing new opportunities through account-based sales tactics.
* Manage and progress opportunities to closure in collaboration with Account Managers.
* Identify and drive generative AI opportunities for software, services, consulting, and HW with the ISO sales organization.
* Provide SME support, education, and training for Account Managers and Channel Partners to expand opportunity identification.
* Engage with regional sales, partners, and services teams on AI deals to provide sales expertise and guidance.
* Track emerging markets and trends to identify and recommend GTM changes and solutions to address challenges.
* Develop sales strategies with account managers, resellers, and system integrators to address customer needs.
* Develop and nurture pipeline for professional services, infrastructure hardware, and software.
* Drive regular cadence calls to track and report AI opportunities and progress.
Position Requirements:
* Bachelor's degree required.
* Deep knowledge of AI solutions and partner ecosystems and how to coordinate them regionally.
* Strong understanding of NVIDIA software, GPUs, and solutions.
* Desire and ability to be an AI evangelist for Lenovo with enterprise clients.
* Strong technical understanding of server, software, services, and storage technologies.
* Proven ability to articulate business value and outcomes of Lenovo AI solutions, including hardware, software, services, and consulting.
* Understanding of AI and infrastructure solutions supporting AI.
* Proven ability to sell services as part of a solution.
* 8+ years relevant experience in sales or technical pre-sales.
* Sales or business development experience in large and complex deals.
* Proven track record of deal negotiation.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Ability to gain credibility and become a trusted source for internal and external customers.
* Deep understanding of AI use cases and how to differentiate and promote them.
