About the Opportunity
As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth functioning of all aspects of the business, from client management and sales inquiries to production and team management. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Overseeing sales inquiries and ensuring high client satisfaction
* Managing and supervising staff, providing guidance, training, and support as necessary
* Coordinating production and installation processes to ensure timely and high-quality outputs
* Maintaining relationships with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring quality and timely delivery of materials and services
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
* Experience in operations management within a trade-based environment
* Strong leadership skills, able to foster a collaborative and productive work environment
* A qualified cabinet maker or joiner, with strong technical knowledge of cabinetry and joinery
* Proven project management skills, able to handle multiple projects simultaneously
* Solid understanding of business financials, including quoting, invoicing, and budgeting
