Our State Equipment Manager (QLD) assists their team to implement business strategies, systems and processes that enables the delivery of superior service standards, innovation and a continuous improvement culture. Duties and responsibilities include: Grow the equipment business, improving market share and profitability Provide leadership and support to the Equipment team Influence the GPC network to deliver an outstanding customer experience and generate leads Maintain and enforce a safety first work environment Develop the equipment business into a combined generalist and specialist function, building the profile of the team while supporting the Store Network. Drive and increase sales Develop and enhance the professional development of the team Participate in trade shows in metro and regional areas and travel as required The successful individual will: Be strategically minded and business outcome focussed Be a passionate leader with a customer excellence outlook Have leadership experience of a commercial sales team at a state or national level Demonstrate change agent qualities Show a positive demeanour with an open communication style Hold a valid driver’s licence Relevant industry experience Looking after you: We are committed to ensuring our people are well looked after.
