Our teams are forever growing, and we are so thrilled to be on the hunt for our next experienced and passion Personal Carer or as we like to call them in Feros – Community Support Worker, to join our Darling Downs, QLD Team – We are currently seeking applications for a Permanent Part Time Community Support Workers to support clients in the Toowoomba through to Highfields QLD Regions. Availability across Monday-Friday with the Occasional Weekends – would be ideal.
Your Role:
You will be out and about in the community, working with clients to achieve their health and wellbeing goals. You will provide a range of services to our valued clients, including:
* Assisting clients with personal care services – Basic Hygiene, Showering, Toileting and General Grooming will be required.
* Transporting clients to and from appointments
* Supporting with domestic cleaning
* Preparing light meals – Feed Assist
* Companionship and building a trusting relationship with our clients
Salary and benefits:
· Salary Range: $31.89 p/hour + 11.5% superannuation.
· Tax-Free Benefits: Salary packaging up to $15,899 p.a. + Meal and Entertainment Card ($2,650 pre-tax).
· Travel Reimbursement: 99c per km.
· Equipment: Smartphone and specific tools provided.
· Support: Full rostering and administrative support for appointment management.

· Parental Leave: 9 weeks paid (for eligible applicants)
About You:
To be successful within your role as a Community Support Worker you must have passion about working with the Elderly – love hearing their stories and want to be apart of their journey as well as;
· MUST Hold a Certificate III in Individual Support with electives in "Ageing" or "Home & Community" or equivalent, or relevant experience in "Individual Care" Services including delivery of Personal Care – Must be able to provide a copy your transcripts to support this.
· A Current and unrestricted Australian driver's licence and ability to travel using own vehicle
· A Current vehicle registration including compulsory third-party personal injury insurance
· A Current First Aid Certificate
· A Vaccine certification in accordance with legislative requirements
