Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct root cause analysis on equipment breakdowns to identify and implement solutions.
* Develop and execute optimisation strategies to enhance the reliability of fixed plant assets.
* Maintain accurate equipment data integrity and oversee life cycle management.
* Manage wear materials across critical areas to minimise downtime.
* Support budgeting and continuous improvement projects to drive efficiency.
The Ideal Candidate:
We seek an individual with:
* A degree in Engineering, preferably with experience in SAP.
* Strong problem-solving skills, including proficiency in FMEA and RCA methodologies.
* Extensive maintenance and reliability experience in mining or oil and gas industries.
* Knowledge of WA Mines Regulations and Australian Standards.
* Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a strong safety-first mindset.
