Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of 60-100 residential properties, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
* Oversee leasing activities, including rent reviews, lease renewals, and new lease negotiations.
* Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with property owners and tenants.
* Handle administrative tasks such as report preparation, property record management, and maintenance requests.
* Utilise the company's user-friendly CRM systems to maintain accurate records.

Skills & Experience Required:
* Minimum 2 years experience in property management or as an assistant property manager.
* Cert IV in Property Management or Sales Representative license, with current DMIRS registration.
* Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with property owners and tenants.
* Strong conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent time management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities effectively.
* A team-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and alignment with company culture.
* Valid driver's license.
