Role Overview:
As an Experienced Change Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving change initiatives within our risk team, specifically focusing on regulation changes and business enhancements e.g. CPS230. Your expertise in managing change for risk and regulatory changes will be essential to ensure a smooth transition and alignment with organisational goals.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead change management efforts for the CPS230 implementation program.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess change impacts and develop effective strategies.
* Design and execute change management plans, including communication, training, and stakeholder engagement.
* Monitor and report on progress, addressing any challenges and facilitating solutions.
* Provide guidance and support to the risk team in adapting to new processes and regulatory requirements.
* Foster a culture of continuous improvement and adaptability within the organisation.
Qualifications:
* Proven experience as a Change Manager within the financial services sector, with a focus on risk and regulatory changes.
* Strong understanding of CPS230 and its implications for risk management.
* Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
* Demonstrated ability to lead and influence teams in a dynamic environment.
* Relevant qualifications in change management or related fields are preferred.
