This is a role that focuses on driving safety performance in operational teams working alongside customer assets. Day to day, this role includes:Post-incident investigations and follow upsResponding to regulatory changes and updatesTracking safety and incident data and reporting to internal and external stakeholdersDriving continuous improvement projectsManagement and update of hazard registersThe successful candidate will be an early-to mid-career safety professional with a strong understanding of the contractor-principal relationship when it comes to safety performance. They will have exposure to marine or broader oil & gas operations, along with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. The successful candidate will also have a minimum, Diploma of WHS or equivalent, full working rights in Australia, and be either located in the Karratha area or be able to relocate under their own means.Our client is a rapidly growing service provider to the oil & gas and marine sector.
