We seek a highly organised and proactive Executive Assistant to support our Director and contribute to our agricultural operations' continued growth and success.
Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for an Executive Assistant at Dusty Roads Ag Supplies Pty Ltd. The Executive Assistant will provide executive administrative assistance, assist with expense reports, offer executive support, handle communication, and provide administrative assistance. This role is located in Wangara, WA with some work from home flexibility.
Key Responsibilities
1. Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
2. Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive team.
3. Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
4. Coordinate travel arrangements, itineraries, and accommodations.
5. Assist in the preparation and execution of key business projects and events.
6. Conduct research and compile data to support decision-making.
7. Oversee office management duties and administrative tasks as required.
8. Support executives with ad-hoc tasks and miscellaneous duties to ensure smooth business operations.
About You
To be successful in this role, you should be a highly organised, detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should have excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
Key Requirements
1. Minimum commitment of 3 days per week.
2. Flexibility to cover full-time hours during periods of leave is highly desirable.
3. Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
4. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (specifically Excel) and other relevant tools.
5. Exceptional organisational and time-management skills.
6. Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
7. High level of professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality.
8. Ability to anticipate needs and take initiative.
9. Experience in the agricultural industry is a plus but not essential.
