Job Description
Reporting into the Accounts Payable Team Leader, the role of Accounts Payable Administrator is central to the finance function and works within a large team environment.
Responsibilities
* Investigate and resolve queries from internal & external stakeholders in relation to unpaid or disputed invoices, claims and payments
* Investigate and resolve queries relating to our Vendor Invoicing Workflow (VIM)
* Liaise with distribution centres, stores, suppliers and buying teams to resolve and identify opportunities for improvements
* Prepare monthly accruals & business reconciliations
Requirements
* Exceptional attention to detail and take initiative in following through to resolution
* A strong customer focus, sound negotiation skills with a professional approach to stakeholder relationships
* Effective planning and time management skills
* The ability to work autonomously as well as in a team environment
* Sound knowledge of SAP Financial System
* Computer literacy including Microsoft package with intermediate to advanced Excel skills
