As a Chef / Cook, your daily responsibilities will include:Assisting our team in maintaining an efficient and proactive kitchen operation across both venuesEnsuring all meals are of high quality and are prepared on timeUtilising a variety of fresh, frozen, and prepared ingredients to prepare, cook, and present a range of dishes according to a seasonal menuPracticing effective stock rotation and wastage minimisation proceduresAssisting with menu changes when required Successful Candidate: To be successful in the role, you will possess the following:Previous experience in a fast-paced commercial kitchenAvailability to work any hospitality hoursAbility to work well under a high-pressure environmentBrilliant communication skills to all team membersCertificate III in Commercial Cookery Applicants should have formal qualifications and at least 2 years of relevant employment experience or, in the absence of formal qualifications, have at least 3 years of relevant employment experience.
