In this key role, you will support the Centre Management team with a range of administrative duties and property-related projects.Responsibilities:Support the day-to-day management of the shopping centre including retailer liaison, customer assistance, lease administration, and general office administration duties.Establish positive relationships and provide prompt responses to tenant requests.Act as a point of contact for all supplier, tenant, and customer related queries.Ensure documentation is up to date and appropriately recorded.Process and track all Accounts Payable invoices and expense reimbursements.Prepare arrears reports and follow up with tenants on outstanding amounts.Enter tenant sales, insurance, and lease information into the system.Qualifications:Previous administrative experience working within a fast-paced office environment.Strong time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.Excellent communication and customer service skills with the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders.Ability to work autonomously, demonstrate initiative, and problem-solving skills.High attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting.Strong organisational skills, with the ability to problem solve and prioritise multiple tasks.Proactive with a flexible approach to work and a willingness to learn.Benefits:Structured career development to support your learning potential and career goals.A range of discounted corporate and wellness benefits including personalised wellbeing programs, counselling and mental health support, discounted health insurance, and flexible leave.You’ll form an integral part of a successful team that outperforms in the market year on year.Can we inspire you to join us?
