Training Officer Required Silverwater Location Our client is a leading food manufacturer of quality Asian food products based in the Silverwater area and is looking for an experienced training officer to join their growing team. In this role, you'll design and coordinate training programs to meet business needs and support our transition to e-learning Shift time: Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with HR Advisor and Managers to identify job-specific training needs by analyzing skills gaps that impact performance and development. Develop onboarding programs for new hires, ensuring they are familiar with job roles, organizational policies, and procedures. Design training to promote compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and best practices. Create targeted training programs to address job-specific skills and competencies Assess the training needs of different departments and teams to ensure schedules are tailored to meet specific learning requirements. Contribute to continuous improvement of training processes and procedures Evaluate the effectiveness of the training sessions based on stakeholder feedback Use Learning Management Systems (LMS) or other digital tools to deliver and track training progress. Plan and manage training activities within the allocated budget, ensuring all costs stay within financial limits.
