The Catholic Education Office (CEO) provides corporate services to Schools and ELCs.
About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Infrastructure Services Lead to join our Service Delivery Team.
This pivotal role involves managing the daily operations of the Level 3 team to ensure the timely and efficient resolution of complex technical issues.
As the Infrastructure Services Lead, you will collaborate closely with stakeholders across the ICT team, including external College ICT teams, to deliver exceptional service.
You'll also play a critical role in building infrastructure project delivery, ensuring all technical requirements are identified, met, and validated.
