About The RoleA new and challenging opportunity exists for a Registered Nurse to join our District Nursing department for a 12-month period with the possibility of ongoing leave relief.

High level of clinical experience and a passion for working with people in the community is integral for this position.
You will be an experienced Registered Nurse with 5 years post graduate experience in general nursing. The successful candidate will have a commitment to person centred care, the ability to work independently and have extensive experience with wound care, palliative care and general team nursing. In addition, you will be a highly motivated and experienced nurse who will work effectively in multidisciplinary teams to provide clinical services to WDHS consumers and will be willing to work up as backfill for short periods as the District Nursing Services Coordinator.
