We pride ourselves on our ability to provide superior service to our customers. We are looking for a passionate and driven Customer Service Sales Support team member to join our friendly Sales and service team.

Key Accountabilities
* Communication of customer requirements.
* Client satisfaction.
* Ability to be an efficient and effective team member who can follow instructions and deliver outcomes.
* Demonstrates strong computer literacy and can pick up systems quickly.
* Following up on new leads to assist in driving sales.
* Revisiting previous clients with the aim of re-engaging.
* Assist the Team Leader in monitoring sales & sales generation.
* Provide administrative customer service and sales support.
With ongoing training and exposure to all aspects of the flour manufacturing and bread-baking industry, this role will continue to evolve and grow with our company.
