About the Role
We are seeking a professional to join our team as a Project and Training Officer, specialising in Accessibility and Equity.
Key Responsibilities
* Collaborate with the Manager to implement key actions from the Disability-Informed Action Plan.
* Lead initiatives and report on progress.
* Develop and deliver training programs to enhance staff capabilities in Universal Design for Learning Guidelines.
* Consult with the Disability Employee Network and Student Disability Inclusion Group.
* Contribute to evaluation strategies and prepare detailed reports and promotional materials.
Requirements
* Strong understanding of adult education, accessibility, and equity principles.
* Proficiency in corporate systems and learning management software.
* Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
