Job Title: Youth Minister
You will be pursuing your Certificate III in Business (BSB30120) over a two-year period, serving as a Youth Minister. In this capacity, you will provide administrative support to the Director of Catholic Identity and Ministry, as well as the College Ministry Team.

Key Responsibilities:
* As a Youth Minister, you will assist in animating spirituality and faith formation among students and staff, promoting the Gospel as a guide for living in their context and time.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Support the planning and execution of Student Spirituality Retreats and Staff Spirituality days.
* Assist in the preparation and implementation of fundraising and awareness campaigns.
* Prepare prayer resources for groups and classes.
* Coordinate preparations for liturgical events and celebrations.
* Support the development and lead some aspects of retreats and reflection opportunities.
* Perform administration duties, including document management, communication with stakeholders, bookings, and publishing articles.

* Representation of the Catholic Identity in all dealings within and on behalf of MacKillop.
Essential Criteria:
* Ability to obtain a National Police Check.
* Capacity to obtain an employment-based Working with Vulnerable People license.
* Hold a valid driver's license and possess a reliable vehicle.
* Understanding of and ability to contribute to the mission of MacKillop Catholic College as a Catholic school.
