Job Description
We are seeking Product Owners (EL1) to join our Data Sourcing Division and contribute to modernising our data acquisition environment.
About the Role
Product Owners work closely with the Product Team to prioritise and shape requirements, ensuring that products meet user needs.
* Lead the Team Backlog Refinement and actively contribute to Sprint Planning, Standups, Retrospectives, and Showcases.
* Support the Scrum Master by contributing to Sprint activities and ceremonies.
* Partner with the Product Manager and other Product Owners to ensure implementation-level alignment of requirements, designs, and objectives.
* Contribute to product-level strategy, vision, and road mapping.
Responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of product development and be able to maximise value for users. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing and prioritising the product backlog.
* Gathering and applying user feedback.
* Managing expectations and working collaboratively with stakeholders.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate strong stakeholder relationship management skills, as well as experience in user experience evaluation, analysis, and product management. Additionally, you should have expertise in user research, demand management, and requirements definition and management.
