We are seeking a Part Time, Fixed Term (6-month contract- with possibility of extension) Veterinary Software Coordinator, to assist the veterinary operations team with managing Petstock Vet’s Ezyvet database. We are looking for an individual with clinical experience, who knows the ins and outs of Ezyvet software and understands the importance of maintaining databases to increase clinical efficiencies.
The opportunity based at our South Melbourne Support Office…
* Help develop, review, refine and maintain Petstock Vet Ezyvet policies and procedures with Petstock Vet Management.
* Identify and take ownership on key projects to ensure the efficient management of Ezyvet, with the aim of reducing product list, streamline procedures, reviewing discounts and overall data management.
* Provide weekly reports/ updates to the National Vet Operations Manager on project progress and impact of changes.
* Work with Ezyvet on creating and automating reporting for the Vet Operations Department.
* Always provide exceptional customer service to all internal and external stakeholders of Petstock.
About you and what you will bring...
* Relevant project management qualifications would be highly regarded.
* Advanced experience in change management.
* Clinical experience
* Experience with Ezyvet veterinary software
* Strong organisational and project management skills.
