Our programs follow the National Quality Standard and My Time Our Place Framework, providing a nurturing and enriching experience.A fun, creative, and professional career awaits with the opportunity to make a difference.About the roleIn this dynamic role, you'll provide both support and leadership by supervising children aged 5-12 years, ensuring their safety and well-being, while also co-managing a team of Educators.Develop and facilitate an engaging child-centered program full of exciting experiences such as STEM, sport, cooking, art and craft - whatever you and the children are into!Foster healthy relationships with children, the school, community, and parents.You'll be responsible for supervising children to ensure their safety and well-being.Lead a team of Educators onsite.Manage the day-to-day operations of your service including compliance and administration.Who are we looking for?Diploma in Children's Services (or equivalent) and/or 3 years' experience.Demonstrated supervision skills.Demonstrated experience communicating in a range of contexts.Knowledge and understanding of childhood development and programming for children.An understanding of Children's Services Regulations, the National Quality Framework (NQF) and the My Time Our Place Framework.Demonstrated experience in implementing quality improvement through and evaluating routines.Ability to undertake computing tasks.Additional RequirementsA current Drivers license.Current NSW working with children's check prior to commencement.Community Gateway holds ACECQA & QIP accreditation.
