Salary: AUD38 - AUD48 per hour + Super
This role involves a variety of tasks including answering phones, managing grocery orders, filing documents, liaising with contractors, and providing customer service.
A key part of the role may involve occasional crisis management. We are seeking a reliable and adaptable Temporary Administrator to provide essential administrative support for a busy community-based service.
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering phone calls and managing the admin line
* Coordinating with contractors, moving officers, and internet providers
* Handling basic finance tasks, such as uploading receipts and basic finance-related administration
* Providing excellent customer service and maintaining confidentiality at all times
* Assisting with various administrative duties as required
Requirements:
* Previous experience in administrative roles
* Basic finance knowledge and experience with uploading receipts
* Strong customer service skills and computer literacy
* A genuine empathy for working in the community sector
* Must hold a valid Working with Vulnerable People Check
