We are heavily committed to supporting our customers in a range of different areas.In this role, you will join our multidisciplinary team of Social Workers, Speech Pathologists, Occupational Therapists, and Physiotherapists who provide evidence-informed and contemporary therapies for our clients. Our multidisciplinary and interprofessional approach means our therapists work together so customers can get the most out of their therapy and reach their goals successfully.You will have a demonstrated referral partner network to draw upon and the capacity to build/strengthen relationships with other relevant organisations to facilitate both interim and ongoing support for our customers where required.There is travel involved across our service centres. We provide company vehicles for travel but you may also be required to use your own vehicle at times.Our centres are based in Brisbane South (Darra), Brisbane North (Strathpine), Sunshine Coast, Gold Coast (Arundel), Slacks Creek, Ipswich, and Toowoomba.
