The Role: The Workshop and Logistics Assistant is a hands-on role responsible for supporting both the workshop and logistics functions of T.C Boxes. This includes assisting with installation preparation, powder coating, general warehouse operations, and stock management. The primary focus of this role is ensuring the smooth operation of both the workshop and warehouse to meet production schedules and customer expectations. Reporting to the Warehouse Manager, you will: Receive, unpack, and organise incoming stock. Book freight, assist with deliveries, and operate forklift. Pick, pack, and dispatch customer orders on time. Prepare, label, and inspect products for powder coating. Prep trays and canopies with lights, racks, and mounts Assist with production and keep admin tasks accurate. Assist with stocktakes and maintain inventory accuracy.
