Job Description
Event Management:
The Events & Partnerships Manager will oversee all events, including conferences and seminars, managing venue logistics, AV setup, event theming, attendee management, and ensuring timely delivery within budget.
Marketing:
The ideal candidate will utilize their creative skills to design Canva templates for event invitations, social media posts, and EDMs, as well as manage event registrations and drive sales/attendance through social media platforms.
Partnerships:
The successful applicant will develop and manage the Corporate Partnership Program, liaising with sponsors and ensuring their commitments are met. They will also maintain the preferred supplier list and ensure partners are represented across event materials.
Collaboration:
The Events & Partnerships Manager will work closely with directors, utilizing the Microsoft 365 framework to stay on top of tasks and respond promptly to emails, calls, and texts to maintain smooth operation.
Requirements
* Real estate and events experience
