Key Responsibilities
Develop and Implement Marketing Strategies: Create and lead marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, user acquisition, and engagement across digital and traditional channels.
Content Creation and Management: Oversee the development of engaging content, including blogs, social media posts, email campaigns, case studies, and more, to resonate with tradespeople, training providers, and industry stakeholders.
Social Media and Digital Marketing: Manage and grow our social media presence, running campaigns that engage our audience and drive traffic to the platform.
SEO and Website Management: Optimize website content for SEO to improve organic search visibility and monitor site performance to enhance user experience.
Email Marketing and CRM Management: Design and execute email marketing campaigns and manage our CRM to nurture leads and convert prospects into active users.
Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyse marketing metrics to track campaign effectiveness, optimize strategy, and provide insights to the executive team.
Brand Partnerships and Events: Identify and develop partnerships with industry influencers, associations, and event organizers to enhance brand presence and expand our reach in the trades and construction industry.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in Marketing: Proven experience in a marketing role, ideally within the SaaS, construction, or trades industry.
B2B and Digital Marketing Expertise: Strong understanding of B2B marketing strategies, with experience in digital channels, social media, and content marketing.
Content Creation Skills: Ability to create and oversee compelling content that speaks directly to tradespeople, employers, and industry stakeholders.
Analytical Mindset: Proficiency in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, CRM systems) to evaluate marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
Strong Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for creating clear, impactful messaging across channels.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the Construction Industry: Familiarity with the construction or trades industry is a strong asset, helping to tailor messaging and build relevant campaigns.
