The Project
The Riverina Redevelopment Joint Venture is a 50/50 joint venture between CPB Contractors and Downer to undertake major upgrades and replacement of existing infrastructure and facilities to support Defence capability for the next 30 years.
The proposed project consists of a program of works across three Department of Defence establishments including:
1. Albury Wodonga Military Area (including North, South & East Bandiana, Latchford Barracks, Wirlinga)
2. Blamey Barracks (Kapooka)
3. RAAF Base Wagga
The proposed capital investment of $1.7b will incorporate a variety of elements including:
4. Construction of new messing and living in accommodation
5. Construction of new training facilities
6. Refurbishment and upgrading of existing buildings
7. Remedial works and upgrades to infrastructure services

Your opportunity
The Riverina Redevelopment JV is seeking an experienced Personal Assistant to support the Project Director and on-site team. Your responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
8. Provide assistance with general administrative needs and provide personal assistance by maintaining diaries, handling day to day issues for the Project Director
9. Transcribe written work in the form of letters, contracts, reports and prepare presentations.
10. Manage and coordinate management meetings, including all equipment and catering as required.
11. Assist with transmittal of project documents as requested in a timely manner
12. Provide administrative support to other SLT members
13. Actively participate and contribute to the Project’s One HSW Culture by attending toolboxes, site walks and assist in the administration of the businesses systems
14. Provide support to the commercial team with invoicing and receipting
Our minimum requirements for this role are:

16. High attention to detail
17. Strong time management skills
18. Ability to establish effective relationships both internal and externally
19. Ability to manage priorities, managing competing takes easily and with a sense of urgency
20. Work well under pressure
