Due to an increase in workload, this local organisation specialise in the service, repair and rebuild of underground and surface machinery has a vacancy for an administration role.
Your new role
Your new role will be an administration officer working full time hours, Monday - Friday 7am - 4/4:30pm.
Your duties will include:
* Parts ordering
* Raising PO's
* Filing & scanning
* Taking & making phone calls
* Customer service
What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this position:
* Previous administration experience
* Fast learner in a quick paced environment
* Ability to work unsupervised
* Customer service skills
* Confident with Microsoft Office
