The Opportunity:
Our client is a community-focused federal government agency with multiple exciting positions available for EL1 Assistant Director (Service Guidance & Practice Branch).
Key Responsibilities:
* Initiate, establish and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to develop collaborative guidance for service delivery.
* Provide strategic advice on the participant pathway, specific participant cohorts and technical processes within SAP CRM and PACE business system requirements.
* Support business improvement in access and planning processes through expert advice to internal and external stakeholders.
* Raise awareness of critical issues to senior management through regular reporting.
* Lead a small team delivering Agency Guidelines, letters and knowledge articles.
* Prioritize tasks and provide advice to the executive team on team capacity and progress against deliverables.
* Provide timely advice to multi-disciplinary teams and the Agency's executive, Board, Minister and other Australian Government Departments.
About You:
* Australian citizenship is required.
* Excellent communication skills are essential.
* High attention to detail and risk management abilities are necessary.
* Leadership experience is required, including managing workloads and providing positive contemporary attitudes towards people with disability.
* Project management skills are advantageous, particularly in coordinating resource development and establishing priorities.
Requirements:
This is a 12-month initial Labour Hire contract with the opportunity to extend. The position offers a $602.55 daily rate plus superannuation. A 37.5-hour workweek and two days of remote work are included. The position will be based in Richmond.
