Job Summary
This role involves working as part of our team, carrying out service, repair and installation jobs as defined by management. You will be responsible for delivering high-quality gas servicing and maintenance of heating systems for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
* Carrying out fault fixing, servicing and installation of gas central heating, oil heating and air source heating systems
* Responding positively to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery to meet customer expectations
* Resolving problems or setting in motion the means of resolution, ensuring customers are kept informed
* Maintaining tools and equipment in good condition and replenishing stocks as needed
Requirements:
* Qualified to CCN1, CENWAT, CKR1, CPA1, HTR1, Unvented - G3 Certificate, Water Regulations (WRAS) or currently undertaking the qualification
* Domestic ACS qualifications and OFTEC oil qualifications are desirable
* Previous experience in a similar domestic gas servicing and maintenance role is essential
* The ability to work alone on a variety of different boiler types and systems
