About the Opportunity:
Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Supply Chain Manager to oversee and optimize the end-to-end supply chain for the business. This role is pivotal in ensuring that supply chain operations align with overall business objectives and includes responsibilities for international and domestic logistics, supply chain planning, purchasing, and inventory management functions. Key accountability includes:
Leading and developing your direct reports to drive a culture of high performance and safety. Optimising the logistics network to improve inventory availability and the overall customer experience. Building and developing a robust demand and supply balancing / S&OP process. Effectively managing a range of vendors, including 3rd party logistics providers, to agreed commercial and performance targets. Setting and delivering on medium to long term supply chain objectives as agreed with the executive team to deliver on the growth aspirations of the business. Delivering on continuous improvement projects as required to improve overall supply chain performance. Qualifications and Skills: Strong problem-solving, critical thinking and decision-making abilities. Proven people leadership experience. Experience leading both in-house warehousing as well as a supply chain planning / S&OP functions. Proficiency in ERP systems and advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Continuous improvement mindset and the ability to implement new strategies and initiatives across the supply chain. How to Apply:
