In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for conducting all on-site activities associated with the operation and maintenance of the RFDS King Air Flight Simulator. This is a permanent, full-time opportunity based at Bundaberg, QLD. Key Responsibilities: Operate and maintain the simulator. Conduct all activities necessary for the ongoing accreditation of the simulator. Conduct preventative and corrective maintenance as and when required. Maintain tools and test equipment, ensuring that equipment is in calibration. Co-ordinate spares and repairs to ensure that the supported equipment meets contracted availability requirements. Prepare the simulator with the necessary configuration and scenario required for each training event. Train instructors in the use of the Instructor Station and provide operational support to the instructors in the event that they encounter issues. Skills and Qualifications Qualifications in Avionics, Electronics, Computer IT or similar fields. Strong experience within the Aviation industry (Preferred). Experience in a technical workshop or maintenance environment. Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Comfortable with rotating roster and working independently.
