We have a portfolio over 600 pieces of equipment ranging from treadmills, exercise bikes, cross trainers, pin loaded strength machines, bench presses, massage chairs and more! Johnson Health Tech Australia is a global organisation with subsidiaries in over 40 countries worldwide. Manufacturing best in class health and fitness & wellness equipment some of which include Matrix, Horizon, Vision & Synca. Johnson Health Tech Australia currently works with many industries leading brands including, Goodlife, Fitness First, Snap, Jetts, World Gym, Planet Fitness, REVO Fitness, Body Fit, Intersport, ARL, and many other specialty fitness equipment stores. What we are looking for: Previous experience in sales, preferably in the fitness industry (12 months previous experience).Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiations skills.Ability to set personal goals and targetsA passion for outstanding customer service.Interest in learning E-Commerce related platforms such as Shopify. What the role entails: Handling inbound sales enquiries and prospecting for new customers.Ensuring a customer retention process is in place that encourages repeat business and generates leads.Maintaining a thorough knowledge of all current product benefits and features. Liaising with internal and external key stakeholders to ensure we provide the customer with the best experience.
