Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Venue Manager located in Toowoomba, QLD. The Venue Manager will manage the day-to-day operations of the amusement center, ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction. Responsibilities include overseeing staff, managing budgets, coordinating events, and maintaining the overall quality and safety of the venue. The Venue Manager will also be responsible for addressing customer inquiries and complaints, and ensuring an enjoyable experience for all guests.
