About the role
Contract Administrate across a range of Social Housing projects Procuring the Building Permit and working through design phase Running budgets and monthly forecasts Receiving and evaluation tender submissions from subcontractors, including the preparation of relevant scope of works; Managing the review and timely award of subcontract agreements – including assisting with preparation and finalisation of agreements; Reviewing Building Contracts, and ensuring Merkon is meeting its obligations under the Head Contract; Overseeing of monthly progress claims; Assessing monthly subcontractors' claims General document control and dissemination Skills and experience
Minimum 5 years' experience post completion of tertiary studies; Strong commercial, contractual, and financial acumen; Proven ability to communicate clearly and effectively to drive positive outcomes with key project stakeholders; and Open minded, strong work ethicwith willingness to learn.
