A pivotal project leadership role to deliver for the future Temporary full-time opportunity (3 years) Office location – Sydney/regional location encouraged/Hybrid working supported Total Remuneration Package relative to experience, ranges from $231,159 - $255,262 Bradfield Development Authority (BDA) are currently seeking to appoint a Project Director to lead the “Building 2 Project” and will be crucial to supporting the delivering of the BDA Major Works Program. The Project Director is responsible for directing and leading design and delivery teams to ensure project delivery aligns with appropriate governance and project management arrangements and practice to identify, manage, and mitigate risks and achieve outcomes and objectives, including coordination and delivery of stakeholder engagement functions aligned to approval pathways, program design implementation, monitoring, resources coordination and procurement. About You You will be leading a circa $200M development project from the tendering process through to the 2-year construction delivery. So, you’ll be a highly experienced project leader with some significant projects already under your belt. You’re a master at managing all key stakeholders within a complex project environment including a variety of external consultants, leading and driving your project management team as well as other key contacts in Government across the Bradfield Development.
