Their work ensures that CFS continues to adapt and thrive in a fast-evolving environment.As change management becomes a critical discipline within the organisation this team plays a key role in embedding sustainable practices, enabling successful project delivery, and fostering a new framework for planning and executing transformative initiatives.Your ResponsibilitiesPlan and execute sustainable change initiatives aligned with business goals, addressing barriers, risks, and operational readiness.Lead change management efforts across all project lifecycle stages, ensuring adherence to time, budget, and quality standards.Collaborate with key leaders, profile impacted groups and ensure high stakeholder support and ownership of change initiatives.Develop and implement training and communication strategies to support organisational change, mentoring peers and change agents.Reassess resistance areas, focus on priorities, and design interventions to improve the overall effectiveness of change management plans.Your Capability and ExperienceExperience within the Australian financial services industry, preferably with wrap platforms.Over 3 years of experience in change management within complex projects environments, with skills in coaching and mentoring change agents.Skilled in scaled agile methodologies, human-centered design, and modern change practices.Proficient in using tools like JIRA and Confluence, with strong interpersonal, negotiation, and facilitation abilities.A proactive approach to identifying and managing risks, fostering curiosity, continuous improvement, and collaboration in cross-functional environments.What to ExpectAt CFS, you'll be working among the very best in the wealth management industry.
