About the Role
As a Level 1 Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality ambulatory rehabilitation services across the Central Adelaide Local Health Network (CALHN), including the Royal Adelaide Hospital, Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Hampstead Rehabilitation Centre, and Primary Health Care. Working as part of a collaborative multi-disciplinary team, you will provide clinical care to clients in their homes and community settings, focusing on therapeutic interventions tailored to individual client goals. Your work will support early supported discharge and hospital avoidance strategies, helping patients with a range of conditions such as stroke, amputation, orthopaedic conditions, and brain or spinal cord injuries.
