We're seeking a candidate with 5+ years of experience in FP&A, Management Accounting, or Business Partnering. The ideal candidate should hold a tertiary degree in finance/accounting/business with CA/CPA certification and possess advanced Excel skills, financial modeling expertise, and knowledge of tools like SAP, Hyperion, or BI tools (Power BI is a plus).
The role requires industry insight, particularly in Retail or FMCG, as well as superior communication, analytical abilities, and a collaborative, proactive attitude.

Your Mission:
As our Financial Planning Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging financial data with business strategy. You will:
* Drive financial forecasting, planning, and budgeting across Retail and Wholesale channels.
* Deliver insightful analyses to optimize business performance and meet strategic goals.
* Lead process improvement initiatives to build a best-in-class FP&A function.
* Foster relationships across the business to become a trusted advisor.
KPIs for Success include timeliness, accuracy, and relevance of financial reporting, integrity of budgets and forecasts, delivery of actionable insights and value-added support to business leaders, and implementation of process improvements to enhance the FP&A function.
