Join us in shaping the future of energy!Key Responsibilities:Develops software solutions by studying information needs, systems flow, data usage, and work processes; investigating problem areas; following the software development lifecycle.Develops features across multiple subsystems within our applications, including collaboration in requirements definition, prototyping, design, coding, cybersecurity, dev ops, testing, and deployment.Understands how our applications operate, are structured, and how our customers use them.Provides engineering support when building, deploying, configuring, and supporting systems for customers.Collaborates with internal stakeholders to define plans for standardising, scaling, and enhancing our products and the services utilised to deploy/install/release those products.Documents and demonstrates solutions by developing technical and user manuals, flowcharts, layouts, diagrams, charts, code comments, and clear code.Maintains and improves existing codebases and peer reviews code changes.Liaises with colleagues to implement technical designs, investigating and using new technologies where relevant.Implements job tasks by reviewing project proposals and quotations; conferring with management.Implements job tasks to comply with specifications by studying product design, customer requirements, and budget.Validates product or system performance by designing and conducting tests.Qualifications & Experience:Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.3+ years of relevant software engineering experience.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong understanding of secure software design and cybersecurity principles.Proficiency in multiple programming languages.Strong organisational skills.A collaborative mindset that thrives in a multidisciplinary team and fosters a quality-driven environment.Knowledge of and experience in the new energy economy.What we offer:On-site parking at state-of-the-art office facilities.Competitive compensation package.Enhanced parental leave.Flexible working arrangements.Opportunity to contribute meaningfully to the sustainable energy transition.Training and development programs for both professional and personal development.Inclusive working environment.Think you’re a good fit?
