The Opportunity Are you a recent Property Graduate looking to take that first step in your Commercial Property career, or have previous administration experience in the industry and now looking to work for a market leader? You'll work collaboratively with our Retail Property Management team, supporting the day-to-day management of a portfolio of retail properties including tenant liaison, lease administration, occupancy issues as well as general office administration duties. Here's what you will focus on; - Establish positive relationships and provide prompt responses to Retailer & tenant's requests - Administration of all leases to ensure compliance by the owner and the Retailer & tenants - Monitor financial transactions relative to lease and contractual obligations - Preparation/compilation of reports, documents, presentation material, minutes for meetings as required - General Property, Office and Administrative duties including greeting clients, attending meetings, monthly reporting along with ad-hoc duties as required.
