About the Role
Matrix Education is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team at the Strathfield campus.
This role involves overseeing day-to-day operations, providing administrative services, and building strong relationships with clients.
We are looking for an experienced sales, retail, or service professional who is eager to take their career to the next level with opportunities for growth and progression into leadership positions.
Key Responsibilities:
* Day-to-day operational management of the Matrix campus
* Responding to customer enquiries via telephone, email, and face-to-face interactions
* Managing customer profiles, enrolments, and class rolls
* Daily reporting to the Area Manager on customer, academic, and site-related issues
* Delivery of internal communications at the campus level
* Ad hoc administrative duties and campus management
Requirements:
* Minimum two years' experience in Customer Service, Administration, Retail, or Sales
* Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
* Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
* Exceptional time management skills and attention to detail
* The ability to multitask and deliver results under time constraints
* Tertiary qualifications in Commerce, Business, Arts, or Education (highly regarded)
