Your Role: Business Development Manager This is a full-time, on-site position based in either Brisbane or the Gold Coast. As a Business Development Manager, you will be at the forefront of driving sales and fostering relationships with business clients. You’ll identify new opportunities, build lasting client partnerships, negotiate deals, and achieve sales targets. You will have access to an exciting range of products, including mobile, data, NBN, Cloud PBX. Key Responsibilities Achieve a minimum of 30+ new mobile CTNs per month. Cross-sell a comprehensive suite of telecommunication products. Develop and execute strategies to attract and acquire new business customers. Manage lead generation inquiries effectively. Adhere to VBC's proven sales processes, procedures, and core values. What We’re Looking For Proven Sales and Business Development Skills: A track record of delivering results. Exceptional Communication & Negotiation Skills: Ability to build trust and close deals effectively. Customer-First Mindset: Prioritize client needs and satisfaction.
