Your role will also involve processing Development Application referrals that contain environmental or public health components, investigating complaints, and providing technical advice on all related issues.You will play a key role in investigating and resolving customer complaints, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and Council-approved policies. Your day-to-day will include running monitoring programs, analysing data, arranging sample testing, and making recommendations based on what you find.
